Hit The $pot has this cool reggae, island type feel to it. I wanted to switch up my chord progressions and try something new. I wrote this song for a talent competition and ended up keeping it on the album because it was so good. I love the line, "Call me Cleopatra and you can be my Ceaser". I had to do a bit of researching for that one... it turns out that Cleopatra and Ceaser were apparently lovers! lyrics
