Moninkim Nyanga dance is a maiden dance performed by Manyu women in Cameroon and Calaba women of Nigeria. It is performed mostly by women who have undergone a female circumcision process. But with the wording of the song, we are trying to eradicate the idea that a woman must not be circumcised before she can beautifully perform the moninkim dance. No to Gender based Violence against Women and no to female genital mutilation.
