The Lockdown Party EP was created during the global lockdown situation inflicted by the CoVid Crisis from February to April 2020. It's style is a mix of authentic afrobeat sounds and Don Tangle's early Dancehall influences. While the Beat is embeded in african percussion instruments like Djembe, Slit Drums, Rattles, Shakers, etc. and featuring different african melodic instruments like Kora, Sintir or M'bira, Don Tangle performs the lyrics in Patwa. The combination of these styles are giving the EP its very unique sound.
