This song is all about how fed up I was (am) about the fact that I have all the talent in the world to do wonderful hip-hop music but yet, I get nowhere with it, how broke i am, how at the end of my rope my whole backwards life made me feel at the time. Made me SICK. Plus, I actually WAS sick when I wrote this. But it's not about literally being sick.
