‘Make Myself At Home’ is the return of the artist’s album, so often artists are told to stay in one particular lane or sound but D.Knight takes this chance to show the range of his talent. The epic opening “The Perseverance” sets the listener up for the journey ahead. D. Knight bares all on this album, the ups and downs, the wins and losses and everything in between. Tracks like “Pursuit” show D.Knight’s relentlessness in going after his goals and what he hopes to accomplish. The very next track “Never Enough” featuring Dub The Poet has both artists exploring the doubts that we all have but choosing to push forward and keep working. With the bulk of the production handled by Ash Matthews & Young Sunflower, the album flows perfectly despite Knight tackling a myraid of topics.
