A native of San Pedro, David Kalish built a distinguished 29-year career with the Los Angeles Police Department, culminating as Deputy Chief. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from CSU Northridge, an M.P.A. from USC, and completed Harvard’s executive leadership program.
