David Heartbreak Presents The Future of Hip-Hop In New Video For “Bonecrusher” Fresh from having his track “Rose Colored Bass” remixed by Bassnectar and two well-regarded EPs released via Skrillex’s OWSLA label in the past two years, hip-hop’s face of electronic music David Heartbreak pushes ahead for more with new single “Bonecrusher.” In the video for the track, the future of hip-hop that Heartbreak is motivated by these days looks a whole lot like mind-bending body control and contortion by a solo breakdancer to the track in an incredible display. Regarding the clip directed by award-winning cinematographer Ambrose Eng, Heartbreak stated, “the video is about wearing a mask, and pretending to be something you’re not, taking off the mask and showing who you actually are.”
