I titled this song “commotion” because of the rocky moments I experienced after my breakup. Bad decisions, wrong choices and ugly mistakes were made due to my heartbreak. If I were to change the title, I’ll probably call it “unconditional”. This is because of how vulnerable and intentional I was in the lyrics. As I heal and everyone like me out there do the same, I urge you all to stay genuine and true. Don’t change your good character because of past experiences but learn and grow from them.
