I wrote, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered the track which features a unique country sample from the 1940s. The sound reflects the many inspirations involved in growing up in North Carolina with a love for hip-hop. As the cherry on top, the track interpolates “Carolina In My Mind” by James Taylor, a fellow Carolina anthem.
