I had just come to a place in my journey where I began to truly understand the importance of honest expression and communication in all kinds of relationships, especially the romantic type. I realized that I had somehow over the years, learned to suppress a lot of emotions and carry all the weight alone. Storing up stale energy and hiding from the stressful feelings can have an effect of deep mental stress resulting from an illusion that one could go crazy if they are brought to the surface. I was crumbling under these self-imposed weights, instead of just sharing and releasing them. So Chokolate is really about honest expression and freedom of mind.
