This was more for the vibe that my cousin and ex rapper Waiks (RIP) had when he was recording. I've always wanted to do a song that gives you that sense of home and honesty, while the beat has you nodding. To say the least, it has been nothing but ups and downs for me these past few years before releasing this mixtape promo.
