Volta, Ghana - Conscious Reggae/Dancehall singer and songwriter Joseph Obalade Alubankudi, better known as CrownGad, was born in Sogakope, Ghana, in May 4th, 2004. He immediately took to music as a youth, performing and writing original songs in his teenage years and released his first single in 2020. Reggae/Dancehall is his main genre of music; he also bends into other genres like Afrobeat, Hip-hop, Drill, etc. He is currently unsigned under no record label. His unique delivery, lyrics' consciousness and heartfelt melodies continued to gain him respect and recognition from folks; thus, there’s no doubt he is a star in the making and soon going to reach the international market at large. He prolifically works on new songs as his fan base grows.
