MAYiGRIND 2026Short story time. MAYiGRIND was started back in 2013 in Cleveland, Ohio. Coined by Kickback, MAYiGRIND was created to inspire a rap group of friend to make music doing the month of May. We choppin and droppin same day all month long. We are also celebrating 10 years of DJ Cool Run$ releasing Chopped And Screwed music. First choptape dropped on May 31st 2016 on SoundCloud. DJ Cool Run$ account was deleted and he was also banned from using SoundCloud in 2021. This was after hitting almost 2 million streams, had over 1,500 tracks out, and 1,200 plus supports. After that, he started releasing music on Audiomack and YouTube. Though he impact is not what it once was here on Audiomack like how it was on SoundCloud, DJ Cool Run$ is still doing what he loves to do and that is chop and screw music. Its been a passion of his since he was a kid and it will never change. The goal is to give the people the alternative version of their favorite song(s) Chopped And Screwed. DJ Cool Run$ wont let anyone stop heem from doing that. Yeah he might take breaks from droppin but best believe he never stops choppin. The Screw movement will always be alive as long as DJ Cool Run$ is breathing. Enjoy! P&B
