In the heart of Lower Subukia, a remote region in Kenya marked by drought and underdevelopment, Sr. Victorina Wanjiru of the Little Sisters of St. Francis is rewriting the narrative of struggle into one of sustainability and hope. Through the St. Elizabeth Demo Farm, founded in 2018 under the charism of Mother Mary Kevin (Servant of God), Sr. Victorina has turned her calling into action - empowering women and men with life - changing skills in farming, beekeeping, environmental conservation, and food preservation.
