Chemically Unbalanced, Chris Webby's studio debut, follows eight mixtapes and two EPs on which the Connecticut rapper has refined his adenoidal flow. Like Eskimos and snow, Webby has dozens of words for hedonism—and plenty of styles over which to express them, from the woozy dub of "Turnt Up" to the West Coast boom-bap of the title track and simply the beatboxing of "House Party Cypher."
