LOST? Do you know that Approximately 280 million people in the world have depression? According to the World Health Organisation More than 700,000 people die due to suicide every year and suicide is the fourth leading cause of death in 15–29-year-olds. 
2023 was a very tough year for me, I lost my cousin Moh to gun violence in Chicago and at the same time I had a mom who was recovering from breast cancer. I was depressed, couldn’t concentrate in school, had issues with my music career too; it felt like the world was against me and eventually I dropped out of uni cuz I had to focus on my mental health. 
It was just me alone in my world, all I had was music for the pain and God. LOST? Yes but I chose to 
Live despite the challenges, One way or the other I survived, Stand Tall and Triumph.
