Bussweh is a singer, songwriter and producer whose roots traces back to the hills of rural St Andrew, Jamaica. Born Leon-Pierre Answer on June 19, 1991, he relocated to Kingston at the age of four where he was raised by his mother. Possibilities were endless for the Melrose Primary School scholar, as he was not only competent in academia, but displayed innate musical skills. The latter developed while he attended the Jamaica College, and ultimately led to the birth of Mhaadboxx Productions. As a producer, Bussweh played a critical role in the careers of artistes like Blvk H3ro and O.N.E, and created an impressive repertoire which garnered the attention of international heavyweights like Major Lazer. As the moniker suggests, Bussweh symbolises perseverance, liberation and success.
