Blaq Minista X or Inspecktha Deejay is one of the functional member of Council of Hip Hop Nigeria (along with label mates and founding Men Of Intelligence members Raheed Tha Wisdomist, Ethernahl and Chromatic ). He has toured globally as a solo artist and with Council of Hip Hop Ng and been covered by media outlets as diverse as T Magazine, VID Magazine, and more. He has also served as the president of the non-profit Council of Hip Hop Nigeria and ministered the gospel through rap with a passionate commitment to Hip Hop Kulture, Blaq Minista X has become known for his devotion to teaching the true Hip Hop Kulture, and through urban mediums.
