GIBBAD means General Improper Balance Between Abnormal Disorder. This project is a collection of my raw phone freestyles — unfiltered moments captured exactly as they came. No studio polish. No rewrites. Just thoughts, emotions, and sounds recorded in real time. Most of these songs were previously released on Audiomack. They exist here again as one body of work, one state of mind. I added one new intro track to set the tone — to explain the condition before the symptoms begin. This is not perfection. This is balance inside disorder. This is Afromental.
