Yesterday was Michael Jackson's birthday. It also marked roughly 2 weeks since 10 rivers flooded in Baton Rouge causing large-scale damage in the area. Louisiana DJ/Producer, J Finesse brings attention to this catastrophe while merging his appreciation for the King of Pop with the first single from his compilation of Cash Money Records mixed with afrobeat samples, Afro Hot! Real Big Help finds J Finesse mining Tangoterje's 2005 percussion heavy remix of Can't Help It for groovy nuggets & chops to blend with Mannie Fresh's Real Big, birthing a jam that sounds as "big" as the original yet funky enough for discerning dancefloors. Afro Hot drops soon, so stay tuned for afrobeat remixes of your favorite late 90's pleasures from Big Tymers, Juvenile, Lil Wayne & more.
