For, Lost Thoughts is Ballad's most personal project to date. Since the release of his last EP, Croix, Ballad experienced a transitioning period in his life where he ultimately learned some of his biggest lessons in love. Laced with vulnerably, every word uttered from Ballad tells a story, his story. The project includes his single release "Wondering", which is a slow ballad dedicated to a love lost. In the words of Ballad, "This felt like therapy for me, like I needed to get out all of these emotions that life has taken me through" From joy, love, heartbreak, and acceptance, Ballad eloquently takes listeners through his journey of growth and healing on For, Lost Thoughts.
