Therapy is a song I created during the covid-19 pandemic lockdown. Music is a form of therapy for me and when the world was shut down during the pandemic, all I had as an escape was music, so naturally when I heard the beat, I just immediately felt a calming romantic energy running through me and I wrote this song while driving! After the last couple of years we've had, I feel like we all need some therapy to renew our mind, body and soul. A few people in my musical circle have compared this to the Wizkid song "Essence" featuring Temz, and I can understand the comparison. I took that as a complement. Cheers!
