Schmétterling is a drum & bass project built from a series of short electronic sketches composed by 14-year-old Euan Moorey. Each track began as a simple four-bar musical idea before being expanded through AI-assisted production into full-length drum & bass pieces. Rather than generating music from nothing, AI was used to develop and reinterpret Euan's original compositions, exploring where his ideas could lead. The project celebrates curiosity, experimentation and the creative potential of combining playful human imagination with emerging technology.
