According to Abimbola , He said , I was inspired to write this wonderful song by the King Jaja of Opobo who was the first king of Opobo. He was the founder of Opobo city-state in present day Rivers State of Nigeria. he fought for his freedom , He was a brave man and a Destiny child , though he was a slave boy but he had a dream to be grate and he achieved it because he didn't give up on his dreams.
