The 7th full length project from Allegheny Cal. "Never Cry Wolf" is about growth and perseverance. To "cry wolf" generally means to raise false alarm or to call for help when there's no emergency. To "Never Cry Wolf" as Cal puts it; the danger was present, but an environment that did not teach you how to navigate or ask for help for its many threats presented a unique challenge. Never Cry Wolf sees Cal narrate these struggles and his growth through a soundscape for a hip hop landscape lacking diversity. From "Madness", the self produced intro record with a captivating electric guitar, with backing vocals and moog bass that immediately captivate the listener. to "All Said And Done" an Alchemist inspired record - Never Cry Wolf is guaranteed to meet your alternative, east coast rap needs.
