Heavy Guarded Heart is a moment. A moment of healing, growth, and vulnerability. We created this album to allow space for our hearts to find themselves in safety, sovereignty, and bliss. Growing up fatherless with a single mother created boundaries and locks on our hearts. We no longer want to invite these confines and margins. This album explores our most vulnerable parts of ourselves and with others. This is our chance to say eveyrthing we never got to say, and we are opening the space for you all to join in the healing, conversartion, and growth.
