“So this EP just seemed to create itself out of a single. It all started out with the song “Plenty Money”, but then the other songs just started to gravitate towards its energy and Triple Threat came to be, naturally. We’re super super proud of this one.” – Team Lord VeeJay Covering three tracks, Triple Threat is a pretty entertaining listening experience. The track listing reflects a sandwich such that the first and last, more laid back tracks envelop the more energetic and vocal driven track in the middle. The whole EP depicts different perspectives of the Afrobeats genre while staying fixed on the central theme. Lord VeeJay is a wildly talented artist and producer, and this EP serves to reinforce that fact even further.
