After a year filled with misunderstandings, tension, and moments that demanded a response, Owun Siks Mafia addresses it all on "Make Them Pay (Freestyle)," a rework of Drake's original. Speaking his truth, Owun revisits the misunderstanding between himself and Lawkiid on the "Big Madd Freestyle", while also responding to a few stray shots thrown his way throughout the year. More than just a response to the noise, the freestyle offers a glimpse into the weight of everything he has experienced, the things left unsaid, and the desire to move beyond the circumstances that have kept him feeling trapped. While the title carries confrontation, the message runs deeper than retaliation. At the heart of it all is a simple desire: Freedom.
