Chief Keef’s 5th studio album “Almighty So 2”. This version of the album was first announced in 2018, and the cover art was revealed in April of 2019. On April 9, 2019, Keef released the track “Boost”, a promotional single for the project. Between the announcements and all the unreleased snippets from Sosa, hype was certainly building up for Almighty So 2. Many believed the project would drop before the end of 2019. However, in the following months, the announcements would begin to dry up. The rest of 2019 went by without a confirmed release date. The wait continued for 4 years until Sosa announced a 2023 release date for a new version of the album with a new cover art. This project is the original version of Almighty So 2 that was anticipated to release in 2019.
