Do you ever feel like you have to be the center of attention at a party, but don’t want to be there at the same time? I know it’s kind of weird right, but that’s how I felt about this song. I wanted it to be the type of song that could serve as a center piece around its accessories with the different elements of sound and percussions. The lyrics behind the song flow through your ears of a modern day love story. The settings for this song where it can be played at is universal. A late night drive with your windows and top back to a whole new scenery in the club. I wanted this song to be the one. Combining Afro, Alté, and R&B to give it its unique vibe. At the end of the song my engineer switched up the beat flow and called it the Drake effect. A quarantine vibe, a new wave, a new sound.
