I understand how things are hard for everyone, the hustle,the struggle, the breakdowns and so on that keeps our mind unrest, the more we grow the more our problems becomes bigger,tho everything is a process and a lesson we need to learn in life but within it a lot of emotional distress, mental health issues and some questions we can't get the answer for ,like when will it happen? How is it going to happen? this causes a lot of frustration and anxiety in our mind and heart,we are all human,| have been in that kind of situation or let me say I am still facing that kind of situation, but we just have to find a way to lift our spirits and mind to a more better mental balance to help us ELEVATE.
