The slow-tempo, trap soul and R&B infused song is a song for anyone who has put up their walls because of the hurt they’ve experienced from love. The lyrics are a see-saw of emotions, with the artist rapping “don’t stray too far, you’re my solace…” but still going on to say “I ain’t looking for no ties, let’s just do this for the night.”  In her debut single ‘Walk Away’, DEBSTAR sang about building walls and fences to protect herself from heartbreak, declaring "now I've put up all my walls, I've put up all my fences."
