Anuel AA - Las Leyendas Nunca Mueren

After releasing various chart-topping hits such as “China” with Daddy Yankee, Karol G, Ozuna, and J Balvin, and his long-awaited joint album Los Dioses with Ozuna back in January, Anuel AA’s highly anticipated third solo studio album, Las Leyendas Nunca Mueren, is finally here. Spanish for Legends Never Die, Anuel AA made sure that this album paid homage to all the greats that inspired him to become a living legend of musica urbana himself.

“Leyendas” is a catchy trap song where he mentions some of the people he considers legends like Kobe Bryant, Rauw Alejandro, Bad Bunny, and El Alfa. Anuel AA shows the world why he is the self-proclaimed El Dios Del Trap while also featuring reggaeton tracks for enthusiasts: “Dictadura” and “Subelo” featuring Myke Towers and Jhay Cortez.

Dalex - Unisex

“I feel like this is music for everyone, for all humans to enjoy and have a good time while listening,” Dalex tells Audiomack in regards to the title of his new album, Unisex. On this album, Dalex took a risk by fusing different sounds: dance, pop, ballads, and reggaeton while still remaining true to his R&B roots.

“Labios Rosados” is a sultry reggaeton song featuring his very own idols Wisin & Yandel, which he excitedly boasts about the opportunity as a dream come true. “Maquina Del Tiempo,” an 80’s inspired pop record featuring his peers Rauw Alejandro and Lyanno, will take you back in time and unlock memories of the one that got away. Other features include Jay Wheeler and American R&B’s very own Trey Songz.

Rafael Kelly - El Tio

Sinaloense native Rafael Kelly drops his first EP El Tio where he highlights his growth as an artist following his exit from the popular Regional Mexican band Banda Los Sebastianes. The EP showcases Kelly’s transition from lead vocalist to solo artist, where he demonstrates his true self to the world with corridos sanos, which translates to healthy corridos. Corridos are often about oppression, history, and criminal activity, but Kelly’s versions are more wholesome and talk about family life, as heard in the emotional opening track “El 19” and later on “El Tio De Tijuana.”

Amarion - Mood

“I named it that way because that’s how I describe the album: a mood,” Amarion explains about the title of his debut album, Mood. The Puerto Rican trap star describes his new project as being versatile enough to be relatable to any situation listeners are in. Although the 10-track release is predominantly trap, Amarion wanted to enhance the mood of the project by adding live instrumentation.

“Estupendo,” featuring Bryant Myers, narrates a great love affair between a couple where both artists showcase their rap skills. Amarion pours his heart out on “Gabbana & Dolce” by describing the struggle of loving someone who isn’t right for you, countered by “Romeo y Julieta” featuring Izaak, where he describes his relationship as meant to be. Mood takes us on a passionate journey, placing Amarion as a new star in Latin Urban music.

Immasoul - Natural

“It has been a very honest, very intimate project, a fairly complex process of emotions, but also of freedom,” Immasoul tells Audiomack. After the success of the previously released “Aunque Eso Está Mal” featuring FRANCO and LEO X, and “Vuelvo A Ti,” Immasoul expresses vulnerability with her EP, Natural.

She walks us through a volatile journey of ups and downs, intimacy, and the struggle between loving and living for yourself. The title track “Natural” is an upbeat song with influences of reggaeton and R&B. Immasoul exposes her raw talent throughout the project with her inspiring lyrics and enchanting vocals. The Afro-Mexican singer-songwriter is on her way to solidifying herself as a key player in the R&B Latin music scene.
