The music industry and the beauty industry have a long, intertwined, sometimes controversial history. Musicians are often looked at as the standard when it comes to trends in beauty, fashion, and overall style. Consequently, these standards sometimes put a strain on an impressionable consumer base, who may compare themselves to the stars they see on their timelines.

Audiomack and rapper Lakeyah, along with labels Motown and Quality Control, come together for a mental health awareness panel in hopes of bringing body positivity to the forefront. The panel follows Lakeyah's new single, "I Look Good," which focuses on body positivity.

I Look Good—a panel moderated by body confidence expert RaVal Davis—features artists Lakeyah, KenTheMan, Kali, and Lady London, as well as renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Miami, and mental health therapist Shevon Jones.

During the panel, the group has much-needed conversations on mental health, self-esteem, body positivity, and the influence of social media on our perception of ourselves.
