Audiomack Launches 'Sounds of Jamaica' Playlist Series

Audiomack continues our long streak of spotlighting Jamaican talent with our new “Sounds of Jamaica” campaign. This campaign will consist of a series of playlists specially curated by local DJs from various parts of Jamaica to highlight rising artists.

Clarendon
Curated by May Pen’s DJ Mindless, the Clarendon edition of “Sounds of Jamaica” features multi-genre music from 9ine, Merkz, Jeff Fullyauto, Nklyne, New Legendz, and more.
Westmoreland
In the Westmoreland edition, DJ Absolute compiles some of the hottest artists in West Jamaica. Dancehall riddims from Krytical, Goal Digga, Precyse, Keva Hype, and more fill this wonderfully crafted playlist.
Portland
Hosted by dancehall artist Brush1Chromatic, the Portland edition of “Sounds of Jamaica” features rising talent from the Northern parish. These upcoming stars include Travalaunch, FYAH DOOPS, Press Fyah, and more.
Hanover
Hosted by Smoke Infinity, the Hanover edition features new artists from the tip of the island. Press play on Geno, 10 LOX, Dansweev, and many more.
St. Elizabeth
DJ and radio host ZJ Nova hosts the sounds of one of Jamaica’s largest parishes, St. Elizabeth. Laro Don, Solemn, SevenZ, Axygen, and more hot artists make up this blend of trap dancehall, reggae, and more.
St. Catherine
DJ ZEN brings the riddims to the St. Catherine edition of “Sounds of Jamaica.” ONSOUND MYND, GAPIX, Phantomm, Insideeus, and more stars from the Southeast region of the island make up this playlist.
St. James
Chronic Law, Chilando, Shaneil Muir, Keniel Merital, and more make up the sounds of St. James. Specially curated by DJ JIGGA, this playlist is packed with rap, reggae, R&B, and more.
Manchester
Deadlock Sound is the head of curation for our Manchester edition. The west-central parish is home to an abundance of talent that includes Subzero MP, Chargii, Virgo Hype, and many more.
St. Ann
Jamaica’s largest parish is also home to a large pool of rising stars. Craigsillusion hand-selected the best of St. Ann, including hits from Dane Ray, Prohgres, Jahvillani, and others.
St. Mary
DJ WASS A PLAY knows a thing or two about the local scene of St. Mary. From Yaksta and Sacáj to Teflon and SWAZZ, Jamaica’s smallest parish packs a huge punch when it comes to reggae, hip-hop, and afro-dancehall.
