Huey Supreme blends harmony and sharp wordplay on his latest single, “Late Night.”
23 year old Virginia artist Huey Supreme blends harmony and sharp wordplay on his latest single, “Late Night.” Following his 2016 Hues EP and his previous single, “Antidote,” Supreme is establishing himself as an artist with longevity. Produced by Andre Palace, “Late Night” showcases Huey Supreme as both an effective singer and a slick rapper, commanding the energy of the track and dizzying our ear with his delivery.
“Late Night” is a hard work anthem that speaks Supreme’s dedication to his craft. Depicting late nights in the studio with an easy and impassioned croon, Supreme paints an honest picture of a hungry artist on the come-up. He promises not to “die local” on the single, and we believe him. Along with the single releases, Huey Supreme is also working on his sophomore project, to be released sometime in 2018.
