A quick guide to pitching us your music.
If you’re reading this, you’ve probably already done the hard part as an artist: creating and releasing music.
But what do you do after you’ve uploaded your song to Audiomack?
We want to hear it. By “we” I mean the team of expert curators here at Audiomack, and by “hear it,” I mean we want to smash that mf play button and figure out if it’s good (and whether our audience would want to discover it).
If it’s good (or great, hopefully), we might just place it in our trending sections and/or add it to one of our curated playlists.
How to Pitch Audiomack Your Music for Trending
Authenticated and verified creators can submit music for trending consideration directly from their Audiomack account. Not yet authenticated/verified? Apply today.
The process is simple:
- Select “Submit to Trending” on either the Trending page, or from the Manage Content page in the Creator Dashboard.
2. Only music uploaded within the last four (4) weeks are eligible for submission. This four-week window applies to all uploads, whether they are private, public or scheduled. Select the release you wish to submit.
3. Click "Submit," and our curators will internally review your music!
4. If you are trended, you will receive an email notification that your song is trending.
NOTE: Pitching does not guarantee that a submission will be trended.
Artists can pitch songs, albums, and podcasts for possible trending placement on Audiomack. All trending submissions must be new releases only. This means anything uploaded from the last four weeks.
Pitching for Playlist Consideration
Our latest feature puts your music directly in front of curators and tastemakers. The submit to playlists tool allows authenticated users to pitch their newest singles to a wide variety of playlists based on genre categories.
Note: entire albums cannot be submitted to playlists.
The submit to playlists tool can be accessed from the upload flow on desktop, in the final screen after you’ve finalized uploading your song. Simply click “Submit to Trending/Playlists” at the bottom of the screen, and you will be brought to the playlist category selection menu. From there, select the appropriate genre your song falls under, and it will be submitted to curators of those playlists. This button can also be found in your Creator Dashboard.
Additionally, you will be able to simultaneously submit your song for Trending on Audiomack. More information on that process can be found here.
Should your song catch the attention of one of our curators, you will receive an email detailing to which playlist(s) the submission has been added.
Note: pitching your music to playlists does not guarantee they will be playlisted.
