For artists, this free, first-of-its-kind feature provides the ability to communicate with fans easily and at scale. For fans, a follow now means more—follow your favorite artists so you don’t miss a message.
Why Connect?
Connect is our latest creator tool to help artists foster a deeper connection with their audience.
Connect with your fans to:
- Announce new music or content
- Tell them the story behind the music (liner notes, thank yous, etc.)
- Reinvigorate a promotional campaign
- Start an AMA to answer their questions, or ask them a question!
- Thank them for supporting your work
Think of Connect as your Audiomack inbox and each message as a personal forum to connect with your fanbase.
Communication goes both ways, so you can send messages and view and respond to comments. And since Audiomack is primarily a music streaming platform, communication and listening happen in one place, unlike traditional forums or other social media platforms.
How Guchi used Connect to increase streams.
Guchi, Nigeria’s new Afropop queen, is Bubbling. She’s also using Connect to drive fans to her new two-pack of singles.
Sending a message out to her followers two days post-release, streams of Guchi’s “All Over You” increased by over 30 percent the same day, and she generated over 1,000 fan comments.
How to Connect?
Connect is a new tab in the Creator App that centralizes all communication between artists and fans. Artists can use it to target messages to their profile followers and Supporters, as well as target Supporters across a variety of badge purchases (recency, total spend, projects supported, and more). Users will be notified via push notifications and the notifications center when they receive a message. Artists can also use the Connect tab to reply to fan comments on songs and albums.
Creators can send messages via desktop or mobile web by clicking the messages icon in the top right-hand corner. However, utilizing the Creator App is recommended to take full advantage of the feature.

All authenticated or verified account holders on Audiomack can utilize Connect to communicate with their fans.
