3Breezy — “Move On”

3Breezy has won over broken hearts in a short span of time. A slew of singles geared up the melodic artist for his debut full-length release, Murda She Wrote, which came at the close of 2020 and housed Breezy’s biggest song to date, “Message To Her.” Though he reps New Jersey, Breezy’s sound is as indebted to St. Petersburg, Florida’s Rod Wave as it is to Syracuse, New York and Raleigh, North Carolina’s Toosii. That said, in learning from various regions and leaning into the sound of the moment, 3Breezy stands a chance at putting New Jersey hip-hop on the national stage.

Move On,” Breezy’s latest, is an urging ode to leave a toxic relationship. From the affecting writing to emotional deliveries, 3Breezy overtakes the rattling percussion and mindful keys with his pained voice. To his credit, the song is both a necessary cautionary tale and a replayable cut fit to stand out on any playlist.

“This record is for anyone who is having a hard time moving on from a tough relationship,” 3Breezy tells Audiomack. “Even though it’s from a woman’s point of view, I feel as though anyone with similar relationship problems can relate to this song. I hope that my message is able to help those make better decisions and do what’s best for them.”
