In 2004, "Speed It Up" was re-recorded by Vision Music Group for an album used to market one of their artists.
In 2006, "Speed It Up" was an Honorable Mention Winner, as one out of eight songs to be recognized in the International Cooch Music's 9th Amateur Songwriting Contest.
