Nigerian female gospel act in diaspora Lilian Dinma is out with another single titled “Believe In God”. The female vocalist made her come back last year with the classic tune “Na you be the One”. She has followed that up with this hip-life tune delivered in Pidgin English.
Her writing style and kind of music is for the regular person on the street who is trying to make a living. She is passionate about preaching hope to the hopeless with her kind of music and she does that with the simplest of lyrics and street kind of sound. Believe in God is a call to anybody who wants a change in their life to turn to God. This is definitely one song you want to listen to. This song was produced by Segigo.
On this episode of the Sum'n To Say podcast we are joined by the incomparable DJ Wally Sparks to talk about his roots here in Atlanta and his epic R&B party The Groove. Wally also opines about the nature of "fickle" music fans. Is NYC still the mecca of hip-hop? Can meccas move? We dive into that topic as well. Also, Soulja Boy is a political activist (not really, but kinda?)
