An old 2014 demo with Nujabes' "Tsurugi No Mai" as the instrumental. Written about and for an ex girlfriend.
Originally intended for a 2015 album, and a follow up to MURATA, called A Boy And His Dream. The album was eventually scrapped and abandoned, with this song being the only track recorded.
Keep Hustlin' inspired the creation of my debut and Nujabes tribute album, In The Clouds, which features tracks produced by Nujabes. Certain lines are even mentioned in the song Tidal Waves (from In The Clouds).
I have no intention to rerecord this song. However, I am considering on reviving A Boy And His Dream some time in the near future.
Audiomack is proud to present the Drill Symphony with Chief Keef. Always moving music forward, the Drill Symphony was filmed at Henson Recording Studios in Los Angeles, California. With an enchanting ensemble - Summer Swee-Singh on piano, Camille Miller and Yasmeen Al-Mazeedi on violin, Tim Richardson on viola, Eru Matsumoto on cello, and Jon Brick on drums - recording by Jaime Sickora, mixed/arranged/composed by John Cleary, and the whole process shot out by Erikson Corniel, Chief Keef's classics are given new life.
