If you believe in Jesus only until something goes wrong, then you never really believed in it. God never said that the Christian life would be easy. We need to remember that our path in life, which can be difficult, is one that God has decided for us, is that we should be fully devoted disciples of Jesus. We need faith to persevere on this path and this faith comes by looking at Jesus, Who has already been down it and shows us the way.
