Leonerys Mejia (born September 3, 1991), best known as his stage name Nory, is a Dominican recording artist and composer. Nory’s musical versatility has allowed him to immerse into different types of music genres such as Reggaeton, Hip Hop and Trap. This aspiring artist has pursued his passion for music from a very young age. Nory started sharing his interest in singing and writing music back in his high school years in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. His musical inspiration came from popular artists like Don Omar, Jay-Z and Daddy Yankee. Growing up in Washington Heights and being part of a generation in which music has so much influence in our society, gave him a stronger desire to be part of this industry, tell his stories and experiences, and to be a role model for our youth.
