Noa’s work now lives in the realm of positivity. Often his new work finds him trying to create the mood between lovers or toast to the future; gone are the days of mean-mugging other rappers—he is here to do the work of self-improvement and earning the celebrations that follow.   Cas1 (producer) has been known as a veteran melody maker via his infectious west coast style but on this album, he shows us how he can go into the deep dark dungeons of rap and go wild with sparse yet absolutely expert booming rhythms. His versatility plus Noa's obsessive duality equals one of the most lighthearted albums with a dark sound that I've ever heard.
