Nat Anglin Ways To Go (Special Edition)

Nat Anglin

When I recorded ‘Ways To Go’ it was in the wake of the Boston marathon bombings which was obviously covered in the lead single ‘State Of Grace’ but the rest of album dives into the social constructs of my hometown. It tackles are obvious issues police brutality, racism, violence and greed while also lending time to the fun parts of our city. Drinking. Sports teams. Friendship. Neighborhoods. When it was released I noted it was basically a ‘love letter’ to the city of Boston. Which means I highlighted not only the wonderful things about her … but also the areas that need work.
