"Lose My Mind" is one of my more poetic approaches to songwriting. I wrote this song about being confronted with your thoughts and emotions, what it means to stay present, and keep moving forward when faced with adversity. During this time I was also experimenting around with different sounds and styles of writing, which is how this song came about. It's a darker sound that I paired up with light and airy vocals, which contrasts and adds balance nicely to the overall tone of the track.
