Scott Ouellette is a self-taught classical/solo guitarist living on the east coast of the United States. Scott first began playing the guitar at age 7. He soon discovered the sounds of Andres Segovia, Christopher Parkening and Konrad Ragossnig. Not having a teacher available, he used the recordings of classical guitarists as his guide, and taught himself how to read music during the process.
By the age of 15, Scott had already graced the stage of The Palladium in New York , performed on television, and was performing regularly in folk duos, country trios, and as a soloist. Although he spent many years performing folk, rock and blues, his true desire was to become a professional classical/solo guitarist.
