Drew Lane is an award-winning musical theatre composer, arranger, music producer and performer, based in Melbourne Australia. He began playing piano at age 4 and composing musicals at 15. He attended the Ballarat Academy of Performing Arts, honing both his performance and writing skills, and went on to have his musical "Atlantis" performed as part of the Ballarat Opera Festival in 1996. Since then, he has written and had staged more than 20 musicals, contributed incidental music for stage, film and television, and been involved in numerous recordings and live performances. And while he doesn’t consider himself a professional actor or singer, he’s happy to have a shot at both!
