Dave Lucci is a Nashville based rapper who takes a storyteller's approach at sharing his personal experiences on the street. He describes his musical style as "not hood, but from the hood" referencing common struggles and topics that bond him with his audience.
A seasoned veteran on the rap scene, Lucci has 13 albums and over 300 shows under his belt. Lucci got his first real experience as a performer at the young age of twelve-years-old when he reenacted Kris Kross's "Jump Jump" in front of a crowd of over500 during a Nashville streetfestival. This experience drove Lucci to start writing and by using a pair of headphones as a microphone, he began recording over industry beats in his bedroom closet.
Dubbing for family and friends quickly gained him attention from local rap artists
